The 24th Annual Birchdale Open is happening on August 11 & 12, 2023.
On Friday practice your golfing starting at 12:00 noon and sign in and pay for your tournament package.
Join us later in the evening at 6:30 pm for a Welcome Reception on the deck. Beverages and appetizers will accompany you meeting and greeting your old friends and meeting new ones. This is alway a good time.
On Saturday please arrive by 10:30 am or earlier so we can ensure all teams are set and ready. All teams are 5 people and if you have a full team please let us know your team name at this time. If you do not have a team or if your team is not full we will place a person to fill up the group.
At High Noon (subject to delay until everyone is ready) the Shotgun will sound and Golf play begins. Our Hole In One Prize is a Boat and Motor, sponsored by Kiwis Powersports.
At 6:30 pm Dinner will be served Buffet style on the Patio.
Prizes and fun are to be had at this event.
If you only want to come to the Saturday Night Dinner and Prizes and not golf please let us know ahead of time as we would love to see you there.
Please Note that the Registration form is not fillable and must be printed then emailed or brought to the golf course. You can always take a photo of it and send that via email.
